The Royal Automotive Group offers many opportunities, including the role of Parts Driver. This role ensures parts are being delivered to the designated locations as well and picking up equipment for the dealership.

The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude and be able to sit regularly, frequently help lift or move item weighing up to 100lbs.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Picks up and delivers parts and equipment to customers, satellite stores, wholesale accounts, and vendors.
• Delivers and unloads scrap tires at the county waste facility.
• Checks with the parts manager, wholesale representative, inventory control administrator, parts counter people, or shipping and receiving clerk before leaving to coordinate any last minute pickups or deliveries.
• Checks with the body shop each day to determine immediate parts needs.
• Pulls parts from stock and delivers them to body shop when needed and distributes to appropriate body technicians.
• Picks up invoices and delivers them to main store.
• Verifies that invoice matches purchase order for each pick-up; verifies part number against invoice.
• Checks payments received with the invoices for each delivery.
• Keeps an accurate log of daily deliveries and pick-ups. Requests recipient's signature on each delivery entry.
• Unloads truck each night. 
• Turns in all paperwork and undelivered parts.
• Handles basic maintenance of the truck including filling tank with gas, checking oil, keeping it clean, and making sure required inspections are performed.
• Maintains professional appearance.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Must be at least 18 years old
• High school diploma or GED
• Must have an impressive work-ethic
• Neat, clean, and professional appearance
• Must have a valid driver's license
