BDC Team Lead
The Royal Automotive Group is seeking a dynamic and organized BDC Team Lead to join our Business Development Center (BDC). This individual will be responsible for coaching and developing our sales BDC agents and, to a lesser extent, our service BDC agents. The ideal candidate will have sales experience, preferably in digital sales, and be open to training and adapting to our specific processes. The BDC Team Lead will support both the sales and service teams by liaising with managers and ensuring effective communication and performance.
Responsibilities:
- Coaching and Development: Provide ongoing coaching and development to sales BDC agents and, to a lesser extent, service BDC agents to ensure high performance and adherence to company standards.
- Sales Experience: Utilize sales experience, preferably in digital sales, to effectively guide and mentor BDC agents.
- Adaptability: Demonstrate a willingness to learn and adapt to our specific ways of doing things, ensuring consistency and alignment with company practices.
- Liaison Duties: Act as a liaison between the BDC teams and managers, facilitating effective communication and support for both sales and service teams.
- Monitoring and Evaluation: Monitor phone recordings, live chat, and internet leads, providing feedback and coaching to BDC agents based on performance and interaction quality.
- Organizational Skills: Maintain organized records of coaching sessions, agent performance, and development plans.
- Schedule Management: Manage staff schedules and ensure adequate coverage within the BDC to meet business needs.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the BDC team and other departments to ensure a cohesive and supportive work environment.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Previous experience in a sales role, preferably in digital or related fields.
- Skills: Strong coaching and mentoring skills with the ability to develop and motivate a team.
- Adaptability: Open to learning and adapting to new processes and methodologies.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Organization: Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Problem-Solving: Effective problem-solving skills with the ability to address challenges proactively.
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with a team and foster a supportive work environment.
